# Proposed Email to Also Energy Support

**Subject:** Request for API Key for Live Monitoring Access

Hello AlsoEnergy Support Team,

We would like to request an API user for accessing our PV systems data through your API.
This API would need to support live 15-60 minute monitoring for several systems.
For the API user, please create it under the following email:
**my\_company\_name\_API@company\_domain.com**
(Alternatively, if another user setup is required, that will work as well.)

Please let us know if you need any additional details from our side to complete this request.

Thank you for your support,
